Past President Boonseub Continues His Longstanding Support for Hospitals Across Thailand

On Tuesday, 5 August 2026, Past President Boonseub Aekara of the Rotary Club of Pattaya visited Banbung Hospital to make another meaningful donation as part of a personal initiative he has supported for many years.

During the visit, PP Boonseub donated a large framed portrait of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej, King Rama IX, to the hospital. The portrait was formally presented to representatives of Banbung Hospital and will now be displayed at the hospital for patients, staff and visitors to see.

This donation is part of a remarkable long term project undertaken by PP Boonseub. Over the years, he has donated more than 100 beautifully framed portraits of King Rama IX to hospitals throughout Thailand.

His continued generosity reflects the Rotary spirit of service and demonstrates how individual Rotarians can make a lasting contribution to communities far beyond their own local area.
