During the Club Assembly, members will be asked to review and approve three important matters:
- Approval of the Board of Directors
- Approval of the President-Elect
- Approval of the updated Club Bylaws
The Board has spent considerable time reviewing and updating the bylaws to ensure they provide a clear, transparent and practical governance framework for the Rotary Club of Pattaya.
The proposed updated bylaws are attached to this email, and I encourage all members to read them before attending the meeting.
We are pleased to inform you that a complimentary buffet will be available for all members attending our upcoming Club Assembly. Please see the attached buffet menu.
