On the topic of “Children of the Forrest”, Khun Saranporn “Ta” Taweemongkonchai will deliver a very interesting speech at the meeting of the Rotary Club of Pattaya on Monday 4. April 2022 at the Royal Cliff Beach Hotel, 18.30 PM. “Children of the Forrest” is a home and school for stateless Mon and Karen children, who live on the border between Mayanmar and Thailand. For over 12 years Khun Ta has been working as a child protection manager, liaison officer with Thai authorities as well as serving as the treasurer on the board of trustees. Khun Ta has a bachelor degree in tourism, child protection services and organic farming. We urge all members not to miss this eye opening speech.
