We are excited to announce a significant update to our leadership development programs. This year, all districts will transition from the traditional District Training Assembly (DTA) to the innovative Club Leadership Learning Seminar (CLLS).
What is CLLS?
The Club Leadership Learning Seminar (CLLS) is designed to foster collaborative learning and knowledge exchange among Rotary leaders. Unlike the hands-on training approach of the DTA, CLLS emphasizes interactive discussions, allowing participants to delve into Rotary operations, share experiences, and explore best practices.
Why the Change?
This shift aligns with Rotary International’s commitment to continuous improvement and adaptability. By embracing CLLS, we aim to cultivate a more engaging and participatory environment that mirrors the enriching seminars attended by district governors in Orlando, Florida, USA.
