DESCRIPTION:End Polio Beach Run Comes to Pattaya Beach\n23–25 October 2026 | Pattaya Beach \nRotary District 3340 is bringing the fight to End Polio Now to the heart of Pattaya with a major three day public event combining community\, entertainment\, sport and Rotary fellowship along the world famous Pattaya Beach. \nFrom 23 to 25 October 2026\, Rotarians\, families\, residents\, visitors and supporters from across Thailand are invited to join the End Polio Beach Run & Rotary Fair 2026\, organised by Rotary District 3340 together with Pattaya City as co-host. \nThe highlight of the weekend will be the End Polio Beach Run on Saturday\, 24 October\, bringing participants together for an energetic and highly visible demonstration of support for Rotary International’s worldwide campaign to eradicate polio. \nBut the weekend will be about much more than running. \nOver three exciting days\, Pattaya Beach will come alive with live concerts\, vendor booths\, Rotary exhibitions\, activities and entertainment\, creating an event where the entire community can participate while supporting an important global cause. \nThe event will also celebrate the 35th Anniversary of Rotary District 3340 in Thailand\, with exhibitions highlighting the district’s history\, achievements and the remarkable contribution Rotary clubs and Rotarians have made to communities throughout the region. \nA Global Mission With a Local Heart\nRotary launched its PolioPlus program in 1985 with an ambitious goal: to help rid the world of polio. \nSince then\, billions of children have been immunised and global polio cases have been reduced by more than 99%. Yet the work is not finished. \nPolio remains a threat wherever children are not fully protected\, particularly in areas affected by conflict and disruption. With no cure for the disease\, vaccination remains the most effective protection against the paralysis and potentially fatal consequences of polio. \nEvery step taken\, every person attending and every contribution made helps keep attention focused on the final goal: a world completely free from polio. \nPattaya Stands Together to End Polio\nThe End Polio Beach Run & Rotary Fair 2026 is expected to become one of Rotary District 3340’s largest public End Polio Now campaigns\, bringing Rotary’s message directly to thousands of people in Pattaya. \nFor the Rotary Club of Pattaya\, having this important event take place in our home city is something very special.
